About the role

JOB TITLE: CSA (Civil/Structural/Architectural) QA/QC - Semiconductor 

SUMMARY: Quality Control inspection and associated documentation of the architecture within a semiconductor fab and/or subfab.  

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Regular architectural inspections to ensure compliance with local building codes and customer contract documents 
  • Work with key stakeholders to plan and organize activities concerned with construction projects; discuss such matters as work procedures, design, and quality issues 
  • Record and organize all necessary documentation to record the implementation, maintenance and effectiveness of the QA program 
  • Complete all QA documentation and any other reports that are required for the project 
  • Formulate reports concerning such areas as work progress 
  • Conduct QC inspections; on tool pedestals as well as design review, inspection, and sign off - based on inspection and test plan, check list, method statement and work procedures 
  • Work with and communicate effectively with subcontractors, superintendents, office staff, engineering staff, consultants, and owner's representatives to facilitate project activities 
  • Represent company in project meetings and attend strategy meetings 

Requirements

Requirements: 

  • Knowledgeable and experienced in construction and inspection standards related to structural steel and welds 
  • Ability to read and interpret structural blueprints and current code requirements  
  • Minimum 3-5 years CSA experience 
  • Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in the Semiconductor Industry  
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant codes and standards
