About the role

Concept Plus is seeking a Telecommunications Manager to lead a small team in operating, maintaining, and enhancing a secure network infrastructure for all client locations including Local Area Networks (LANs) and an enterprise Wide Area Network (WAN).

What you'll do

• Infrastructure Installations
• Network operations inclusive of WAN and LAN for all Government project locations
• Physical security design, installation and maintenance, inclusive of video surveillance and physical access control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ IT operations management experience
• Seven (7) years’ experience managing IT professionals
• Demonstrated experience to make strategic and tactical decisions that support current state network operations and future network service enhancements
• Minimum 7 years’ experience designing/maintaining enterprise LANs/WAN
• Minimum 7 years’ experience supporting Windows Server production environment
• Minimum 7 years’ experience managing production Storage Area Network
• Minimum 7 years’ experience Project Management
• Experience with Federal Telecommunications services contracts
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with telecommunications infrastructure components and operation – Layer 1 through Layer 3
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with centralized computing infrastructure, specifically Citrix XenApp, Windows Server, VMWare, MS Active Directory, Exchange and scripting
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Voice-Over-IP technologies including voice gateways, gatekeepers, Unified Communications Manager, Unity/Unified messaging.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing IP based physical security projects.
• PMP, CCIE or CCNP/CCVP/CCDA, MCSE certifications preferred
