Sr. Director, Strategic Planning

Job Summary

The Sr. Director, Strategic Planning for the Infrastructure Solutions Business unit will be responsible for assessing global market trends, customer behaviors, competition, suppliers, and potential acquisitions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret CRM data to provide insights into customer behaviors and preferences.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the infrastructure solutions sector.
• Evaluate competitive landscape to understand strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
• Assess supplier performance and identify potential new suppliers to enhance the supply chain.
• Analyze potential acquisition targets to support strategic growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the infrastructure solutions industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
• Knowledge of global manufacturing and supply chain management.
• Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions processes.
• Experience working in a global environment
