Position Overview

The Department of History in the College of Arts and Sciences at The Ohio State University invites applications for a Lecturer (non-tenure track) to join our team for the 2026 Spring Semester.  This is an associated faculty position.

Performance Objectives

The successful candidate will teach the following course:

• History 3190: Career Development for History Majors

This course will be offered online and the candidate must reside within Ohio. The candidate will hold office hours, and submit grades during the autumn semester.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Must hold a Masters at time of appointment

• Previous teaching experience

• Experience working with History majors
