The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail construction, coupled with exceptional project management skills to ensure that every project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of retail construction projects from initial planning through to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues that arise.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that work is performed to company standards.
• Facilitate team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Document project activities and maintain detailed records of contracts, permits, and change orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the retail construction sector.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with project management software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• A detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
