Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing contract data analytics to provide insights for company’s key Payer customer(s) across multiple channels of pharmaceutical businesses such as Commercial Insurance channel, Medicare and Medicaid Channels. 
• Collaborating with stakeholders including Finance, Marketing, IT & field-based Account Managers.
• Ensuring company has the appropriate pricing & contracting analytics for current & pipeline products.
• Responsible for payer contract analysis, communicating results & recommendations from analysis across therapeutic areas (Immunology, Migraine, Antipsychotic, GI, Women’s Health, Eye Care, HCV) to improve gross-to-net sales performance while ensuring the quality & accuracy of all analytical results, including: working closely with US Payer Account team to assess PBM, health plan, &/or medical benefit contracting opportunities for products for a national payer &  ~12 regional payers, performing data analysis and financial modeling to determine appropriate discounting for desired access for product, gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources & updating existing analysis tools & performance tracking dashboards, modeling  payer economics during deal negotiations to ensure that  proposed contract strategy meets internal financial benchmarks &  payer views are understood, & Interface with key customers to share results of pre- and post-contract analyses to influence decision-making.

Education & Experience

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or  foreign academic equivalent in Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Science, Business Analytics or a highly related field of stud
