The Role:

The Data Analyst role will report to the Senior Data Analyst/Team Lead and will work within the Data Integrity team. This role will be responsible for the development and implementation of data-driven analytics for one or more of our product offerings. The Data Analyst will conduct in-depth analyses of data, starting with the incoming data files and on through various Production tables. They will conduct thorough checks for data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and validity and provide meaningful interpretation of metrics and trends. The role will be a leading interface between our clients and our cross-functional teams with engineers, customer success executives, and product. 

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage data analysis projects specific to data integrity, working across multiple teams, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, reliability and completeness
  • Evaluate complex datasets to identify discrepancies, errors or missing information and monitor key performance metrics
  • Drive meaningful interpretation of data findings, translating raw data into operational insights
  • Write efficient SQL queries, perform deep-dive analyses and develop repeatable processes for conducting thorough data checks
  • Work in collaboration to create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with data science, customer success, and product teams to resolve data quality issues and facilitate resubmission of corrected files, if necessary
  • Develop subject-matter expertise in our product offerings and supporting operational and performance data
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation that clearly defines specific acceptance criteria that aligns with business needs and system requirements or limitations

 

Our Ideal Candidate Possesses:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field
  • Previous experience working with Healthcare data is pref
