Supports multiple office spaces in the areas of:

• Maintenance
• Renovation
• Relocation
• Security
• Equipment
• Key Requisition
• Deliveries
• Vendors
• Policy Development
• Emergency Preparedness
• Sustainability
• Purchasing and Payment
• Office Space Assignment and Tracking
• Storage
• Signage
• Office Management (as needed)
• Other duties as assigned

Expected Salary:

$30.00 per hour

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous facilities experience
• Ability to follow UF policies and procedures
• Ability to adapt to frequent change

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Problem-solving
