Service Technician - Roadbuilding & Paving Equipment | Little Rock, AR

Stribling Equipment, LLC stands as one of the premier John Deere dealerships, specializing in the sale of both new and pre-owned construction, compaction, forestry, and concrete machinery across Mississippi, West Tennessee, and Arkansas. In addition to equipment sales, we offer parts, service, rental options, and training services. Due to our ongoing expansion, we are seeking a Heavy Equipment Shop Service Technician to join our team. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Heavy focus on paving, asphalt, milling, quarry, crushing, and roadbuilding equipment repairs
• Recondition and repair equipment and components
• Maintain good working records for time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases
• Maintain and care for equipment and vehicles
• Perform diagnostic inspections as directed
• Complete company-provided training to obtain necessary licenses and certifications: CDL, Wirtgen, Vogele, Hamm, Kleemann, etc. 

• At least one year of diesel technology education and/or experience repairing and maintaining heavy equipment is required
• John Deere experience is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent; experience may be considered in lieu of education
• Valid Driver's License with clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Basic understanding of computers and software such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based applications
• Must supply own tools
