Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma, UTMB Student enrolled at least half time.
Job Description:
Liaisons and assists with the recruitment, outreach, and admissions processes as needed within the School of Medicine.
Job Duties:
- Provide administrative support for the Student Ambassador Program.
- Assists with the coordination of Student Ambassador training.
- Assist in developing and updating various recruitment materials such as presentations and flyers.
- Provide administrative support for Outreach and Pathways programs.
- Provide administrative support in maintaining social media accounts.
- Must be available to work some evenings and/or weekends.
- Must be willing to participate in local travel events as needed.
- Must be a current SOM student in good academic standing.
- Adheres to all internal controls and reporting structure.
MARGINAL OR PERIODIC JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Performs other related duties as required.
Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
