Corporate Venture Lead – Strategic Investments & Acquisitions (m/w/d)

<h3>Your mission</h3> <ul><li>Identify and evaluate strategic investment and acquisition opportunities in AI-sensor technology, Edge AI, autonomous navigation, and UAV-related innovations</li><li>Lead M&amp;A activities, joint ventures, and minority investments to expand technological capabilities</li><li>Develop and execute corporate venture strategies to strengthen the company’s market position</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with startups, venture funds, and technology incubators</li><li>Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and risk assessments for potential acquisitions</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, AI, and product teams to assess the integration potential of new technologies</li><li>Monitor emerging trends in AI, autonomy, and aerospace innovation for strategic investment alignment</li><li>Represent the company in venture capital, defense tech, and startup ecosystems</li></ul> <h3>Your profile</h3> <ul><li>5+ years experience in corporate venture capital (CVC), M&amp;A, or strategic investments in tech, defense, or aerospace industries</li><li>Strong expertise in deal structuring, financial analysis, and technology due diligence</li><li>Experience in negotiating acquisitions, partnerships, and venture investments</li><li>Knowledge of AI, sensor fusion, autonomous systems, and defense technology markets</li><li>Familiarity with export control regulations (ITAR, EAR) and dual-use technology investments</li></ul>Nice to have<br/><ul><li>Background in startup acceleration, deep-tech funding, or venture scouting</li><li>Experience in scaling acquired technologies within a defense or UAV enterprise</li><li>Knowledge of cross-border M&amp;A strategies and defense sector investment frameworks</li></ul>​ <h3>Why us?</h3> <p>Join us to shape the future of AI-driven defense!<br/><br/>Do you feel that you fit the description, but don't think you fulfill all the criteria 100%?
