Sr. SAB ABAP Developer

The Role:

Moderna Services, Inc. seeks a Sr. SAB ABAP Developer for its Cambridge, Massachusetts location.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

• Within global biotechnology company, as member of SAP Digital team, translate business processes into sustainable technical solutions and enhance current capabilities while providing technical support and development to various business user groups.

• Develop applications with various coding options within SAP including Workflows, BADis/BAPis, User Exits, Dialog programming, Reports, SAP Scripts & SMARTFORMS, Interfaces (ALE/IDoc), Conversion programs), and Object oriented programming (OOABAP).

• Design and develop custom SAPUI5 apps on Neptune platform.

• Provide Root Cause and technical analysis to all issues with full understanding of SAP business processes, master data, and transaction data in primary modules FICO, SD, MM, PP and EWM.

• Review Change Requirement Documents and estimate required development efforts.

• Steer and own complete projects from development team perspective.

• Collaborate with Solution/Project Team to transition to new solutions properly.

• Participate in Unit and Integration testing for the development solutions.

• Debug S4 issues and identify the root cause of issues for functional teams.

• Document importance of development artifacts.

• 100% telecommuting permitted from any US location.

Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table:

Minimum requirements:

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related field and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a technology architect, technology lead, software engineer or closely related.

• Full term of experience must include: SAP Business Suite 4, SAP HANA; SAP ABAP; SAP Business Technology Platform; SAP Neptune; Algorithm and Data Structures; SQL Databases.

• 100% telecommuting permitted from any US location.
