We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help manage product roadmaps, cross-team risks and dependencies, planning and execution in a complex environment with multiple teams working together. You have the opportunity to design a system that allows our engineering and product teams to do their very best work.  This is a fast-paced environment where you’ll be on the cutting edge of where Microsoft is making big bets. This role requires a unique mix of passion for technology, attention to detail, emotional intelligence and executive presence. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that will give you the opportunity to learn and grow across Experiences + Devices (E+D) and interact with the teams who build our most well-loved Office products and are innovating on AI fronts.

Responsibilities

• Support the key leaders for PowerPoint to drive towards aggressive ship timelines with a high-quality bar, implementing PPT Copilot features across the portfolio of M365 products.  
• Act as technical translators between infrastructure/product/platform teams. 
• Establish key ship criteria and hold cross-team leadership accountable to ensure customer-driven quality gates are met.  
• Assist Copilot shiproom owner to drive a results-oriented, customer-focused forum.   
• Capture, continually communicate and drive the Copilot roadmap for M365.  
• Own and drive regular and concise communications.   
• Clarify key stakeholders, roles and responsibilities.  
• Drive preparation and workback schedules across multiple teams for all executive reviews.  
• Make sure that related planning guidance and key sites/resources (i.e. SharePoint, Azure Dev Ops etc.) are maintained and updated on a regular basis.  
• Drive requirements with our tools teams to ensure our Azure Dev Ops, OKR, and other necessary tooling support effective processes and discussions.  
• Partner with key leadership on special projects as needed.
