<h1><b>Become a part of our caring community</b><br/> </h1>The Center Administrator Assistant supports the Center Administrator in overseeing professional and support staff who provide outpatient care. You will follow established guidelines, uses independent judgment to solve basic problems, and collaborates with management and specialists to select appropriate methods and approaches. You will report directly to the Center Administrator.<p></p><p></p><p>The Center Administrator Assistant implements staffing plans and facility policies, collaborates with the care team for optimal patient outcomes, and manages daily schedules and operations. You will oversee support and technical staff, ensures consistent execution across the team, and provides performance feedback to management.</p><h1><br/><b>Use your skills to make an impact </b><br/> </h1><p><b>Job Functions:</b></p><ul><li>Provide administrative support (typing, filing, etc.)</li><li>Prepare productivity and other reports for the Center Administrator</li><li>Participate in marketing events</li><li>Oversee special projects and communicate updates to staff</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures</li><li>Submit time sheets and HR forms</li><li>Manage phones, logs, daily reporting, and meeting schedules</li><li>Review center statistics and maintain goals</li><li>Open and close the center</li><li>Process reports in Data Hub (EDAPS, HEDIS), assist with employee management, and support learning the Administrator's role</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>2+ years <span>supervisory/leadership</span> experience in healthcare</li><li>2+ years of experience in clinic management, healthcare administration, or medical/office administrative support</li><li>Experience in managed care contracting or provider relations</li><li>Compassionate patient care; adherence to company policies</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish)</li><li>4+ years supervisory experience</li><li>Associate's degree</li><li>Experience with elderly patients</li><li>Familiarity with Athena EMR system</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Additional Information:</b></p><p><b>Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:00</b></p><p><b>Location: Onsite in Jacksonville, FL</b></p><p></p><p><b>Additional Information</b></p><p>This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.<p><br/> </p>$58,700 - $68,200 per year<p><br/> </p>This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
