Junior Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners to generate interest in our services and schedule qualified appointments for Account Executives
• Follow up with prospects via phone, text, and email to nurture leads and confirm appointments
• Work closely with assigned Account Executive to support their sales pipeline and maximize closing opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of call activity, appointments set, and lead status in the CRM
• Handle basic customer inquiries and direct more complex questions to the appropriate team member
• Stay informed on company offerings and key selling points to effectively pitch during outreach
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach goals to drive lead volume and sales team performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective customer interaction.
