Marketing Virtual Assistant

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Flexible hours with at least 1–2 hours of overlap with Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney) for weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

• Manage LinkedIn messaging and maintain relationships with prospects and clients
  

• Handle calendar scheduling and coordination across business operations
  

• Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve online visibility
  

• Create and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) ad campaigns for lead generation and ROI
  

• Conduct market and customer research to support decision-making
  

• Manage social media content coordination and posting
  

• Provide copywriting support for LinkedIn and marketing materials
  

• Assist in day-to-day operations and manage special projects
  

• Collaborate directly with the business owner on growth strategies
  

Requirements

• Proven digital marketing experience with a strong foundation in strategy and execution
  

• Proficiency in SEO best practices and tools
  

• Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
  

• Strong research and analysis skills
  

• Proficiency in LinkedIn and professional copywriting
  

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  

• Strong organizational skills for calendar and task management
  

• Creative, proactive, and resourceful approach to marketing
  

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple business needs
