You'll contribute to smooth international operations while building and managing the group’s digital presence across multiple brands. Key Responsibilities
Administrative Operations
Manage complex calendar scheduling and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
Organize logistics for virtual meetings and international delivery operations
Maintain digital filing systems and document organization
Draft and format business documents, SOPs, and reports using Excel and Word
Handle online profile creation, online forms, and platform maintenance
Provide general administrative support to cross-functional teams across global offices
Social Media & Content Management
Create engaging visual and written content for social media using Canva and AI tools
Plan, schedule, and publish posts across multiple brands using tools like Buffer or Hootsuite
Monitor social media engagement and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies
Write and edit blogs, newsletters, and internal communications
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management and administrative support (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
Advanced skills in Canva, AI content tools, and social media platforms
Strong writing, editing, and content creation capabilities
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general document formatting
Experience supporting international operations and coordinating across time zones
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process improvement
Comfortable using social media scheduling and project management tools
Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new digital tools and platforms
40 hours/week with flexibility
