<p><b>Job Summary</b></p>IFF is a global creator and manufacturer of scent, taste, nutrition, and biosciences solutions that puts the needs of our people, customers, and communities at the heart of what we do. <br/>Our Global Business Services (GBS) team is building a leading organization rooted in a culture of continuous improvement, clean process design, and adoption of the latest technology and automation innovations. <br/>We are very excited to welcome our new Senior Human Resources Coordinator colleague to our team!<p></p><p></p><p>Business Partnering:</p><ul><li><p>Provides information and assistance to leaders regarding HR processes</p></li><li><p>Advises business leaders and managers surrounding employee inquiries and employee relations</p></li></ul><p></p><p>HR Analytics:</p><ul><li><p>Regularly audits HR systems to ensure data accuracy and shares insights impacting the HR analytics dashboard</p></li><li><p>Ensures data is entered timely and accurately</p></li><li><p>Close collaboration with the Shared Service Centre and the payroll department to ensure accurate employee data/records are maintained</p></li><li><p>Ensures personal files are up to date. Prepares letters to confirm employee life cycle events such as: promotions, changes to working times, parental leave etc.</p></li><li><p>Produces standard employee reports for the HR team / business / finance / external agencies on a regular basis for analyses</p></li></ul><p></p><p>HR Initiatives:</p><ul><li><p>Ensures the effective implementation of HR and business initiatives</p></li><li><p>Supports projects through involvement on HR and /or business project teams</p></li><li><p>Partners with HR colleagues to share best practices, successes, and learnings to ensure consistency, alignment, and continuous improvement</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Talent Development &amp; Retention:</p><ul><li><p>Communicates and tracks the completion of the annual performance management process within the site</p></li><li><p>Advises leaders on executing the performance management processes and address inquiries on the process or system</p></li><li><p>Assists with the induction process and organizes the introduction day for a new joiner</p></li><li><p>Liaise with external mobility agency to determine necessary administrative tasks that need to be completed for a smooth immigration and relocation process and offer support with mobility cases in general</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li><p><span><span><span><span><span>Minimum <b>3 years of experience in HR </b>analyst or generalist roles</span></span></span></span></span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with <b>HRIS systems</b>; Workday is a huge advantage </span></p></li><li><p><span><b>Excellent English &amp; Hungarian language </b>knowledge, both verbal and written </span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of Hungarian labour law</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel a plus</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficient in data management and analytics</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven track record of data accuracy</span></p></li><li><p><span>High attention to detail</span></p></li><li><p><span>Critical Thinking skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Good communication skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to build and maintain positive relationships</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborative mindset</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>​Benefits: </span></p><ul><li><p>HO opportunity (1-2days/week)</p></li><li><p>Multinational and supporting environment</p></li><li><p>Cafeteria</p></li><li><p>Health insurance</p></li><li><p>Annual bonus</p></li><li><p>Training opportunities</p></li><li><p>Learning and development programs</p></li><li><p>Team building events</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
