What will you be doing?
Reporting to Allurion’s CEO, the Chief of Staff will play a critical role in contributing to our audacious mission – to end obesity. You will work in partnership with the Executive Leadership Team to serve as a strategic thought partner and provide operational leadership. Leveraging collaborative leadership and influence you will ensure alignment among key stakeholders to support ongoing reporting of KPIs and tracking and project management of strategic business projects. This director level role will also support Allurion’s investor and shareholder relations activities driving the research and analysis required for investor targeting initiatives, supporting management in developing relationships with analysts, and helping set up and manage key analyst and shareholder events. What we’re looking for in you:
- Work with leaders across the company to set, align, and track company goals.
- Lead analysis for investor targeting efforts
- Organize and help support the running of analyst and shareholder events
- Support the preparation for quarterly earnings calls/press releases
- Support the building of relationships and communications with buy-side and sell-side analysts
- Project-manage cross-team initiatives
- Oversee meeting preparation for company All Hands and Board meetings
- Attend and manage senior leadership team meetings
- Proactively identify and support opportunities to increase the CEO’s efficacy and efficiency
- Draft and review investor materials, including investor presentations
- Manage the Allurion investor website and mailing list
- Monitor competitive performance and industry, regulatory and other relevant trends
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the CEO as well as investor and shareholder relations
What we’re looking for in you:
- 3+ years top tier management strategy consulting experience
- Significant experience engaging with C-Suite leadership
- Superior interpersonal and relationship management skills including a highly collaborative working style across internal and external teams
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical skills including financial analysis skills and financial modelling
- Good at context switching -- can easily transition between the big picture and tactical execution for multiple projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation and story-telling skills
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge about the medical device and tech/mobile industry is an advantage
