What You’ll Do:

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee the upkeep and cleanliness of our facility while leading and supporting our Maintenance Team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our travel center is well-maintained, safe, and welcoming for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance and janitorial staff
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and handle minor repairs
• Coordinate with contractors for larger facility maintenance needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including fuel islands, restrooms, showers, and common areas
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and snow removal
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
• Provide exceptional guest service and lead by example

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• Previous maintenance or facility repair experience (plumbing, HVAC, or construction preferred)
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, and bending for extended periods
• A team-oriented mindset and commitment to excellent customer service
• Ability to pass a background check and employment reference check
