Leidos’ Defense Sector Manufacturing Segment is seeking a Manufacturing Program Integrator to join our team located in Huntsville, AL.

The position will perform a key function serving as the primary integration point between two major Hypersonics Programs and the Leidos Dynetics Defense Sector Manufacturing Team. This role will integrate manufacturing activities across multiple sites to ensure appropriate planning, organizing, and efficient execution of manufacturing scope for the Hypersonics programs. Manufacturing Program Integrator will work closely with Program leadership, Manufacturing Site leaders, manufacturing program managers/CAMs at the sites, and Finance personnel within the program and within Manufacturing to ensure clarity of the demand signal for manufacturing and to provide a clear communication path on manufacturing performance back to the programs.
This is a strategic business area for Leidos. This person in this role will be highly engaged in strategic programs that require a high mix of complex manufacturing solutions from multiple manufacturing sites.

Primary Responsibilities
Perform as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for the manufacturing and test content.
Partner with Program Leadership in support of proposal and capture efforts of potential opportunities.
Coordinate manufacturing-related budgets/costs with Program finance and Manufacturing finance to ensure successful execution and appropriate capacity planning.
Collaborate with site-specific CAMs on manufacturing content and establish recurring reviews to status cost/schedule/technical performance across the manufacturing sites.
Drive cost and schedule performance in support of Program objectives using KPI’s and Metrics.
Provide variance analysis, rationale, and corrective action plans as required.
Provide manufacturing and testing related inputs to Program leadership in support of recurring program reviews.
Lead/develop elements of the manufacturing plan, as required.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience in manufacturing project management, or equivalent experience, with an in-depth understanding of cost and schedule management techniques for such projects.
Demonstrated experience leading a team in a manufacturing execution or program environment.
Demonstrated experience as a Control Account Manager on a complex hardware production program.
Experience coordinating and organizing activities between a Program organization and an executing organization such as manufacturing.
Demonstrated experience in applying EVMS and reporting on complex projects using earned value KPIs.
Experience in coordinating efforts across geographically separated sites and/or distinct functional groups.
Manufacturing experience in one or more of the following areas – electronics, machining/welding, or complex system integration and test.
Experience creating and providing recurring briefings to leadership stakeholders on program/product status.
Experience with a program start-up, plant optimization and/or plant operations.
Must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance OR meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
