About AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) Team

The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security.



We are seeking a Labeling Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to directly support our Prompt Engineering team, which is responsible for creating scalable and reliable solutions that allow TikTok Advertisers and businesses to interact in a trustworthy manner, always working to anticipate and protect against threats. They will do so by creating ad policies, managing content review processes, and more.



Responsibilities

- Act as quality auditor to check BPO vendor's quality result and ensure overall monetization quality and security;

- Execute both quantitative and qualitative analyses of data and trends to proactively deliver clear insights on performance, define goals, and drive improvements

- Work closely with other departments to respond immediately to relevant quality related needs;

- Participate in training and quality calibrations with BPO vendor teams to continuously drive their policy and SOP understanding and quality result;

- Participate in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimise the process and system platform.
