Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting and Accounting

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in financial reporting and accounting across our global enterprise. Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare initial drafts of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K, ensuring precision and adherence to SEC and GAAP standards. Assist with SEC filings as needed.
• Safeguard the integrity of financial statements by reviewing them thoroughly and reconciling figures with source data and supporting schedules to ensure both consistency and accuracy.
• Research, draft, and benchmark necessary disclosures. Assist in crafting technical accounting memos on topics such as goodwill and intangible impairment testing, business combinations, revenue recognition, leases, contingencies, etc. 
• Collaborate with auditors, division accounting teams and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and transparency.
• Support general corporate accounting and consolidations as needed.
• Aid in system implementation and continuous process improvements to bolster control, efficiency, and reporting accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in corporate or public accounting.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting and filing requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with various organizational levels.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, critically think through problems, and manage multiple priorities.
• Continuous improvement and customer service focus.
• Capable in a fast-paced environment and ability to work flexible hours as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA Certification (or progress toward it).
• Experience with Workiva, Oracle Cloud Applications, Blackline and SAP
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, macros, Power Query).
• Technology proficient with a strong aptitude for learning and leverage financial systems and automation tools.
