In this role, you will be responsible for building an onboarding strategy for the Business Development team, as well as working on strategic projects to boost the Business Development performance worldwide. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.<br/><br/>You will: <ul> <li>Enhance company performance, ensuring alignment with strategic growth objectives for the Business Development team</li> <li>Design and execute a <strong>structured onboarding program</strong> for Business Development team members, ensuring alignment with Fever’s mission and objectives</li> <li>Partner with Business Development leadership to identify key learning goals and performance metrics for new hires</li> <li>Drive the end-to-end execution of impactful projects and solutions, contributing significantly to the company's success</li> <li>Collaborate with diverse teams and projects spanning numerous markets and regions in a multinational setting encompassing up to 40 countries</li> </ul> <p><strong>About you</strong></p> <ul> <li>You are degree-qualified, with strong data analysis, and oral and written communication skills.
