Shift & Schedule:
Full-Time | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed is required.
Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our highly automated distribution team. In this hands-on role, you’ll contribute to the performance and efficiency of our warehouse operations while maintaining safety, quality, and delivery standards. You’ll play a key role in supporting our TPM-based environment and working within a High Performing Team (HPT) model.
Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment by adhering to 6S standards and participating in safety observations and training
Pick, transport, and load customer orders while meeting KDP and customer specifications
Operate powered industrial trucks (PITs) and other automated warehouse equipment efficiently and safely
Monitor schedules and coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery
Support warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, and raw material handling
Troubleshoot and resolve warehousing issues to maintain peak performance
Execute standard work for Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Preventative Maintenance (PM) on equipment
Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities
Collaborate with maintenance and cross-functional teams on process improvements
Engage in team performance meetings and help identify trends or areas for improvement
Demonstrate effective teamwork, adaptability, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Total Rewards:
Starting pay: $23.40 per hour. Pay increases to $24.66 per hour in the quarter following the 6-month anniversary

Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, automated production environment
Strong understanding of warehouse systems and execution processes
Mathematical aptitude and analytical skills
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and SAP (preferred)
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs frequently without assistance
Comfortable standing and working on the distribution center floor for extended periods
