NP or PA - Primary Care (PRN to Part-time)

Position Summary

This position can be PRN to part-time hours, based on availability and need and will be based out of our Detroit Lakes office location. 

• Responsible for providing excellent medical care to primary care patients
• Collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams
• Requires a high level of communication that is clear, concise, patient-centered; team education/guidance is vital to our patient care and mission accomplishment
• Significant travel is required; vehicle will be provided or mileage reimbursed
• Care will be delivered in compliance with all pertinent regulations including the hospice conditions of participation, corporate compliance, quality standards, licensure regulations and will reflect the national standards of care for hospice services

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations Required

• DEA (ND & MN)
• Licensure in North Dakota and Minnesota
• Current drivers license and auto insurance
