You will be providing business partnering support to the Global IT department and Headquarters, and also analytical support in sales Projections. This is a high profile role with direct access to key members of the senior management team.</p><p><strong>Main responsibilities and functions</strong></p><ul><li>Providing management with analysis and insight into the IT and Global HQ costs department’s performance across 3 brands of KLG group.</li><li>Budget preparations and latest estimate forecasting for IT and Global HQ of 3 brands of KLG group.</li><li>Monthly P&amp;L preparation and analysis in conjunction with collaborating with the IT and Global HQ teams to gain insight and information on performance</li><li>Monthly accruals and allocations by marketing, entity, brand and in local currencies.</li><li>Building strong relationships within your stakeholders.</li><li>FP&amp;A support by means of sales analysis and adhoc modelling</li><li>Adding value to decision making by providing recommendations</li><li>Ad hoc analysis as requested and by own initiative</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Qualifications and experience</strong></p><ul><li>Prior 3 years experience in budgeting and forecasting and cost controlling.</li><li>Experience in IT business partnering highly desired.</li><li>Proven ability in bringing numbers to life for non-Finance stakeholders</li><li>Proven ability to work with high level of data and advanced level of Excel.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Strong customer service ethos and high attention to detail</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)</li><li>Used to work under pressure in a changing and dynamic scenarios</li><li>High level of initiative, self-motivation and drive</li><li>Strong technical accounting skills and an analytical and process-focused mind.</li><li>Ability to prioritise, plan, manage time efficiently and meet deadlines</li><li>Quick to pick up and apply knowledge</li><li>Fluent English and Spanish compulsory</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>What we offer you </strong></p><ul><li>Creative and rewarding work </li><li>Ticket restaurant </li><li>Discount on private medical insurance</li><li>Half day off on your birthday</li><li>Unlimited tea &amp; coffee </li><li>Free breakfast on Mondays, Free Fruits on Thursdays! </li><li>A stimulating and dynamic work environment </li><li>Free languages courses abroad</li></ul><p>Contract: Permanent contract </p><p>Activity rate : 100% </p><p>Salary: Gross salary + cheque gourmet card + bonus</p><p>Place of work: Barcelona, Spain </p><p>Start date: ASAP </p>
