Each of these sectors encounters critical sustainability challenges, and our clients, spanning these and numerous other areas, rely on our expertise to operate more sustainably, thus positively impacting our planet.</p><p></p><p>ERM is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Country Manager in Poland to join our team in Warsaw.</p><p></p><p>Location: Warsaw, Poland</p><p>Job Type: Permanent, Full-time</p><p></p><p><u>Role Overview</u></p><p></p><p>The Country Manager for Poland will lead and expand ERM's operations within the country, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to our clients and fostering a culture of sustainability. This role involves strategic planning, business development, operational management, and team leadership to drive ERM's growth and impact in Poland.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p></p><p>Leadership &amp; Strategy</p><ul><li>Develop and execute the strategic plan for ERM in Poland, aligning with global and regional goals</li><li>Provide visionary leadership to inspire and guide the local team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture</li><li>Act as the primary representative of ERM in Poland, enhancing our reputation and presence in the market</li></ul><p></p><p>Business Development</p><ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities across our core sectors (Oil &amp; Gas, Mining, Renewables, Power, Manufacturing, Chemical, Pharmaceutical)</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners</li><li>Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to grow ERM’s client base and market share in Poland</li></ul><p></p><p>Operational Management</p><ul><li>Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Polish office, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services</li><li>Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue and profitability targets</li><li>Ensure compliance with all local regulations and ERM’s global standards for quality, health, safety, and environmental management</li></ul><p></p><p>Team Development</p><ul><li>Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, building a capable and motivated team</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development</li><li>Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace</li></ul><p></p><p>Client and Project Management</p><ul><li>Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction by delivering innovative and practical solutions to their sustainability challenges</li><li>Oversee major projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety</li></ul><p></p><p><u>Qualifications:</u></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in environmental consulting, sustainability, or a related industry</li><li>Proven track record in a leadership role, with experience managing a team and driving business growth</li><li>Strong understanding of the Polish market and regulatory environment</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken</li><li>Ability to travel within Poland and internationally as required</li></ul><p></p><p><u>We offer:</u></p><ul><li><p>Private Healthcare: Your health is our priority, and we provide access to top-tier private healthcare services, ensuring you and your family are well taken care of</p></li><li><p>Private Pension Scheme: Secure your financial future with our private pension scheme, empowering you to plan ahead and enjoy a worry-free retirement</p></li><li><p>MultiSports Membership: Stay active and fit with our MultiSports membership, granting you access to a wide range of gyms, sports clubs, swimming pools, and more, promoting a healthy lifestyle</p></li><li><p>Public Transportation Ticket: We support your daily commute with a public transportation ticket, making it convenient and cost-effective for you to travel to work</p></li><li><p>Employee Assistance Programm
