What You’ll DoYou’ll play a critical role in ensuring projects are executed correctly, completely, and on time by:
- Managing project workflows in alignment with established company processes and systems
- Maintaining accurate, real-time documentation across all project files
- Tracking project progress, identifying gaps, and escalating issues appropriately
- Coordinating schedules for teams, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
- Communicating consistently with internal teams, clients, vendors, and insurance partners
- Monitoring timelines and ensuring all phases meet company standards
- Supporting cost tracking and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate
- Ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and insurance-related requirements
- Following escalation protocols for delays, discrepancies, or customer concerns
- Identifying inefficiencies and supporting continuous process improvement
- Participating in on-call rotation and responding to after-hours needs as assigned
- A strong ability to follow structured processes and systems without cutting corners
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized and on track
- Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
- Experience in administrative, operations, or project coordination roles (3+ years preferred)
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Experience in restoration, construction, or similar industries is a plus
- Projects are well-documented, organized, and audit-ready
- Deadlines are met and issues are escalated early—not after the fact
