What We Offer

• Full autonomy and flexible scheduling—remote or in-person
• Commission-only structure tied to signed contracts (no cap)
• Pay Type: Commission Only Pay Range: $0 – $65,000/year
  
  
• Commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. Average earnings range from $35,000–$65,000/year, while top performers may earn $100,000+/year. No base salary. Commission paid on closed contracts and client acquisitions.

Responsibilities:

• Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the agency
• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• Experience as a supervisor or manager
