Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Fraud Prevention Strategy and Operations experienced in fraud loss, prevention, and management strategies for suppliers, vendors, and participants of incentive payment programs. This position will report to the Senior Director of Operations as part of the Business Operations team. 

As part of an organization-wide incentive management committee, this individual will create and execute quality and anti-fraud analysis, reporting, and management plans.  They will provide effective leadership, education, coaching and consultation for business segments' fraud/loss policies, quality management, standards, compliance, procedures, initiatives, and programs. They will achieve meaningful results and take personal ownership of outcomes in the areas of account fraud (transaction fraud, payment fraud and account takeover) and incentive error management. This role will engage with project managers of all programs that calculate and pay incentives across the company and lead continuous improvement, standards development, and standards compliance for calculating incentives, fraud prevention, and whole lifecycle review of incentives management operations.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assess best practices and develop basic standards of operation for incentive payment management.
  • Work cross departmentally to ensure compliance with standards of incentive payment management.
  • Develop, random sample audits of cross-check accuracy, verify additional supporting documentation, and ensure that incentives paid are accurate, verified, and non-fraudulent.
  • Identify and understand fraud patterns, maintaining and proposing countermeasures, presenting findings to leadership/management, and growing a team of fraud analysts.
  • Document and assess program configurations, quality control plans and end to end information management and identify risk likelihood.
    • Evaluate payment anomalies.
  • Provide effective leadership, education, coaching and consultation for business segments' fraud/loss policies, procedures, initiatives, and programs.
  • Oversee reactive and proactive reporting and analytics around operational performance, fraud prevention and other business requests.
  • Implement tactics including contract and subcontract provisions including field inspections, direct customer contact. verification, and data sampling.
  • Work with market side actors in verifying anti-fraud practices and prevention.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Business Administration, Retail Merchandizing, Economics, Operations, Data Analysis/Data Science, Business Management, Accounting, Criminal Justice, or any fraud or quality management and operations related bachelor’s degrees.
    • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience.
  • A minimum of 15 years of applicable industry experience
  • A minimum of 10 years management experience
  • Specific business experience in:
    • Fraud and/or Loss Prevention
    • Data Analytics and Reporting
    • Financial Analysis

 

Salary DOE: $121,000 - $140,000

Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package. Energy Solutions provides an excellent benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, other pre-tax contribution plans and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Office Locations and a Remote Workforce
