Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Supporting the design and development of our global IT governance system and operating model
- Managing and supporting and/or working on global, strategic and interdisciplinary (agile) IT projects
- Further developing the global IT strategy, taking into account current trends/developments
- Developing and implementing measures for improving the (global) IT organisation
- Defining responsibilities, IT functions, roles and decision-making bodies
- Cooperating with the ALDI business and (national) IT departments as well as external partners at international level
- Analysing and evaluating the level of maturity of the IT organisation and related processes, e.g. according to COBIT
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Degree with a main focus on business economics or IT (e.g. business informatics, business administration)
- Experience in establishing/further developing an IT governance system, e.g. according to COBIT
- Practical/theoretical experience in international project management (e.g. PMI)
- Strategic thinking, assertiveness and negotiation skills
- Committed and sociable team player
- Very good presentation and communication skills, also in English
Desirable extras.
- Experience with IT service management processes according to ITIL
- Knowledge of agile ways of working (e.g. Scrum, SAFe)
