<p>Excellent opportunity to join Betsson Group as our new full time <strong>CRM Coordinator - Sportsbook Global Promotions.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Betsson Group</strong> is seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented CRM Coordinator with a "can-do" attitude to join our <strong>Global CRM &amp; Engagement department</strong>. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an amazing team of CRM enthusiasts. In this role, you'll execute global promotions across multiple brands and markets designed to engage and entertain the group’s wider customer base beyond the gameplay.</p> <h4><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</h4> <ul> <li><strong>Project Management</strong>: Use <strong>JIRA</strong> to manage global promotions projects and tasks, and maintain effective communications with all teams and relevant stakeholders.</li> <li><strong>Execution</strong>: Oversee the end-to-end execution of the global promotions calendar.</li> <li><strong>Player Rewards</strong>: Configure player rewards and bonuses within the campaign systems.</li> <li><strong>Localisation</strong>: Collaborate with local copywriters to ensure full localisation of global promotions materials, transforming global mechanics into local messages.</li> <li><strong>Quality Assurance</strong>: Upload and test customer-facing communications (e.g., SMS, emails, landing pages, onsite messages, banners, push notifications) for promotions, ensuring all assets are fully QA'd, approved, and ready for the scheduled launch.</li> <li><strong>Monitoring</strong>: Monitor the "shop window" to ensure all promotions are displayed correctly across our products and that the customer journey is working as intended.</li> <li><strong>Support</strong>: Act as the main point of contact for our support team regarding customer queries related to global promotions, and collaborate closely with them to optimise customer journeys and reduce contact-drivers.</li> <li><strong>After-Hours Support</strong>: In addition to standard office hours, you will also work on a roster alongside other Global Promotions CRM Coordinators to provide after-hours support on any incidents relating to CRM promotions.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Requirements</strong>:</h4> <ul> <li>At least one years’ experience from igaming or from a similar CRM role in another industry.</li> <li>Experience working with&nbsp;<strong>Jira</strong>, <strong>HTML</strong>, and <strong>Excel</strong>.</li> <li>Genuine interest in <strong>Sportsbook</strong>.</li> <li>Strong <st
