As we scale our AI offerings, we are seeking a visionary Director for our AI Control Tower team to lead the design, strategy, and execution of a robust value framework and experience that delivers real, quantifiable business impact.
ServiceNow is the AI platform for business transformation, enabling organizations to drive measurable AI outcomes through data focused insights and intelligent automation. In this role, you will help define and lead ServiceNow’s AI Control Tower - a centralized platform that monitors, measures, and optimizes the performance and ROI of AI deployments across the enterprise. You will guide cross-functional teams to ensure our AI solutions continuously deliver value to our customers.
What you get to do in this role:
- AI Performance & Impact Dashboard
- Conceptualize and maintain a centralized dashboard to measure key success metrics such as efficiency, productivity gains, and ROI.
- Provide data focused insights that help stakeholders understand and track the value of AI investments.
- ROI & Value Measurement
- Develop generic, scalable methodologies for assessing the utilization and impact of AI applications
- Efficiency & Optimization
- Establish performance benchmarks for various AI solutions, focusing on accuracy, speed, and reliability.
- Continuously refine models and processes to ensure AI focused services operate at peak efficiency.
- Workforce Insights
- Provide clear visibility into how AI is transforming workforce productivity and enabling smarter resource allocation.
- Influence & Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customers to ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- Experience: 12+ years in AI, logic, or data focused product management
- Technical Acumen: Proven track record in building value frameworks, model management, data analytics, and performance optimization.
- Deductive Skills: Deep understanding of key AI performance metrics, ROI measurement, and benchmarking.
- Influence & Collaboration: Exceptional people management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams. Strong communicator capable of influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment.
- Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering measurable value to customers through user-centric design and data focused insights.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $217,500 - $380,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
