Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic faculty member to teach in our Pharmacy Technician Program. This is a part-time, professional position reporting directly to the Program Director. The primary responsibility will be to teach Pharmacy courses. Applicants will also be expected to provide academic advising to students, assist the program director and participate in department training, meetings and graduation.
Qualifications- Completion of a Pharmacy Technician program resulting in a Certificate of Completion or Diploma; associate degree preferred
- Certification:
- PChT
- At least three years of experience as a Certified Pharmacy Tech
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, motivated and results driven
- Prior higher education/postsecondary teaching experience preferred
