Senior SW Engineer

We are now looking for a Senior SW Engneer to join our team in Espoo, Finland. In this role, you will be responsible for software development for base station Layer 1 (L1) software. This position also includes a partial Local Product Owner (LPO) role, dedicating approximately 20% of your work time to this responsibility, while the remaining 80% will focus on software development.
You will join a product development team where collaboration and diverse expertise drive success. The team values innovation and flexibility, giving you the chance to make a meaningful impact while contributing your unique skills to impactful solutions.
As part of our team, you will:
- Develop and maintain high-quality software for base station L1 SW.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Act as a Local Product Owner (LPO) for 20% of your time, ensuring alignment with product requirements and stakeholder expectations.
- Participate in agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
You have:
- Proven experience in software development, particularly in embedded systems or telecommunications
- Strong proficiency in programming languages: C/C++
- Understanding of signal processing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
