In this role, you will:
Engage with product development project teams and specifically the product developer requester to understand learning gaps and design standard or customized studies to inform critical product development decisions.
Build understanding of absorbent test methods. Support test method development and validation work to develop new and improve existing methods
Support approaches and coordinate testing to build new tools (e.g. predictive models) to enable more efficient decisions
Partner with the Lead and Senior Scientist for the mannequin/absorbent area. Escalate needs.
Partner with Consumer Testing team to ensure absorbent testing is consumer relevant.
Lead urine, lab technicians to execute studies in a safe and effective manner. Partner with lab technical coordinators to effectively manage lab operations.
Work within a broader team to develop methods to answer business unit absorbency needs

In one of our R&D roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a Science or Engineering Field.
1+ years of experience in product development, physical testing or consumer use testing role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects in a team environment, delivering results in line with business expectations.
Knowledge of statistical design of experiments and statistical analysis. Uses tools such as JMP, preferred.
Experience designing and implementing testing protocols in a related CPG category, preferred.
