Understanding, identifying, and measuring business performance and growth drivers is an extremely important part of the decision-making process throughout LinkedIn. The Insights & Analytics (I&A) team in the Measurement Insights Data Analytics (MIDA) team is looking for a Senior Manager to lead Premium Insights. This person will be responsible for creating and managing scalable reporting and dashboards that monitor marketing KPIs, as well as uncovering actionable insights to drive incremental growth for Marketing. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to influence strategy and identify growth and optimization opportunities for our Premium marketing investments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable reporting dashboards to track key marketing KPIs, providing actionable insights to drive incremental growth for our Premium business unit.
- Partner with Data Science and Engineering teams to design and build source of truth data tables. Maintain and improve the accessibility and understanding of the core data and KPIs.
- Work with and manipulate large, complex data sets for report creation and execution of analyses.
- Lead the analysis of marketing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to influence marketing strategy and data-driven decision making.
- Drive the reporting implementation of advanced measurement capabilities like modeled attribution and media mix modeling to enhance our understanding of marketing effectiveness and incrementality.
- Build strong relationships with global marketers and cross-functional partners to provide strategic advice on LinkedIn’s marketing performance and operational efficiency.
- Solve challenging business problems creatively, efficiently, and independently, especially when faced with time and operational constraints or ambiguity.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience with Tableau or similar visualization tool
- 4+ years of experience analyzing data sets using SQL and/or Hive
- 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or similar role, preferably within a technology or digital marketing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience and comfort with using and analyzing large datasets, as well as with data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Proven track record of analyzing and translating data into actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth. Has demonstrated the ability to derive and prioritize the most pertinent strategic insights to influence business strategy and outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and compelling manner to non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of marketing measurement capabilities like modeled attribution and media mix modeling.
- Ability to prioritize, project-manage, problem solve, and drive progress forward under pressured timelines.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $115,000 to $180,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
