Job Description:
Parsons is seeking Vulnerability Research/CNO development Co-Ops who want to work with a cyber team made up of exceptional individuals. Qualified candidates will be tasked with assignments exploring all levels of offensive cyber security. Successful candidates must be creative, self-motivated, dedicated, and capable of operating in a quick-reaction development environment to solve complex problems.
Required Qualifications
- Must be majoring or minoring in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Security or related field
- Experience working in a Linux command line environment
- Experience with Python, and C/C++ programming
- Experience with debugging or reversing from gdb, windbg, ghidra, binary ninja or the like.
- Experience with wireshark or nmap.
- Understanding of low level memory organization, instruction sets and pointers.
- Proof of US citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong ability to grasp new technologies and acquire new skills through independent study, professional training, and interaction with other team members
- Basic understanding of routing and network stack.
- Entry level understanding of common CTF challenges.
