  • Guide Hadrian’s product/software teams in developing in-house tools to streamline capturing, reviewing, and approving supplier quality documentation.

  • Verify that all customer flow-downs are properly included on the purchase order from Hadrian to the supplier.

  • Leverage strong expertise in aerospace CNC machining to assess supplier capabilities and quality practices.

  • Build and scale the supplier quality function by establishing structured processes, hiring/developing a team of specialists, and implementing continuous improvements to ensure quality at scale.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement initiatives in supplier quality operations.

  • Lead efforts to enhance supplier partnerships, ensuring quality standards are met and exceeded.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience auditing suppliers is a plus, and a certification in auditing from a certifying body is a plus.

  • Experience working with engineers and product teams to define software requirements, build digital workflows, and develop internal tools from the ground up to streamline quality management processes.

  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret supplier performance data to drive improvements, predict quality issues, and optimize processes. Experience with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
