As a Senior Consultant for the Strategic Implementation Team at UCLA Health, you will play a crucial role in translating broad strategic goals into actionable plans to expand our ambulatory network within a large integrated health system. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives, contributing to the growth and development of our healthcare services. You will use advanced broad knowledge of the healthcare landscape and partner with subject matter experts to assess requirements based on access to care, network adequacy, strategic fit, market condition, and other relevant considerations, providing comprehensive recommendations to senior leadership and the clinic activation team.
Salary Range: $95,400 - $208,300 Annual

· At least 5 years of previous experience in healthcare operations, finance, or strategy is required.
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; a Master's degree in healthcare management or a related discipline is preferred.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage highly-complex information and make data-driven decision.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
· Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools (SQL experience a plus)
· Ability to produce and deliver presentation to stakeholders
· Subject matter expertise on healthcare operations, finance, and strategy to support decision-making processes.
· Proven ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans and drive results.
· Project management experience is a plus.
· Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry trends is advantageous.
