Utility Lead at EWR Airport

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Utility Lead to join our team at EWR Airport, Terminal A. This role plays a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly by overseeing the stocking, receiving, and fulfillment of store order requests across our locations.

What You’ll Do:

• Receive and verify incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.

• Maintain organized stockrooms and storage areas in compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

• Accurately pick, prepare, and fulfill store order requests in a timely manner.

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies to management.

• Lead by example, train and guide team members to ensure consistency and efficiency in daily operations.

• Collaborate with managers and other departments to support smooth restaurant operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks.

• Prior experience in inventory, stock, or utility roles preferred; leadership experience a plus.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
