What to expect

• #Audit: Planning and execution of process and financial audits in the Telefónica Deutschland Group companies with a focus on compliance, profitability and efficiency
• #Process analysis: Agreement of concrete action plans to strengthen the internal control system and to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of internal process flows as well as the execution of follow-up activities
• #Documentation: Documentation of conclusions (inefficiencies, ineffectiveness, deviations from regulations) in audit reports (target group: Directors, Management Board, Supervisory Board) 
• #Collaboration: coordination with external auditors
• #Innovation: taking on complex topics with room for innovative solutions and presentation at senior management level 
• #Stakeholder management: Coordination of audit and SOX activities with internal and external stakeholders
• Further development: Definition and implementation of improvement measures for internal processes

 

What you bring

• Completed #business studies or comparable training
• Several years of experience in an international #auditing firm or an internal #audit department of an internationally active company
• Many years of experience in #process auditing and #analysis in various areas
• In-depth knowledge of current auditing techniques
• Professional certifications (e.g. #CIA, #CISA) an advantage. Personal certification process will be supported.
• Knowledge of #SOX, #accounting and #financial reporting (#HGB, #IFRS), #ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
• Strong #communication skills, a confident manner and #teamworking skills
•  Business fluent #German and #English skills
