Youth Outreach Coordinator
About the Position: Under general supervision, the Youth Outreach Coordinator designs, develops, and coordinates youth involvement activities for the ODMHSAS Runaway and Homeless Youth Services Team. The incumbent chosen for this position will lead multidisciplinary, youth-led, and equitable outreach efforts; collaborate with program staff and stakeholders; monitor existing programs; and supervise staff and consultants. Responsibilities include identifying key stakeholders, overseeing current youth programs, recruiting youth consultants, coordinating with family organizations, co-leading youth-centered events, advocating for peer workforce, providing technical assistance, accompanying youth advocates to conferences, and developing funding strategies. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, human relations, or a related field
- Three years of professional experience
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience substituting one year of additional qualifying experience for each year of required education
Preference may be given to those with experience working with children and youth
Special Requirements:
- Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license
