About the role...

At Dstny, we make business communications easy. As our Enterprise Data Product Lead, you play a key role within Data and Analytics. You define and own the enterprise‑wide data and analytics strategy and translate it into a coherent, value‑driven portfolio of data products that directly supports Dstny’s strategic objectives.

You partner closely with executives, business unit leaders and senior data and engineering teams. Together, you shape what Dstny achieves with data today and in the years ahead.

You lead a focused team of product owners and analytics and data engineers four FTE and you drive impact through clear priorities, measurable outcomes and strong governance.

Your core responsibilities

• Define, communicate and own the enterprise data and analytics strategy

• Build and manage a multi‑year roadmap for data and analytics

• Drive one unified data and analytics portfolio across all business units

• Lead and coach a team of product owners and analytics and data engineers 4 FTE

• Ensure ROI, strategic alignment and measurable impact of data initiatives

• Establish and embed enterprise‑level data governance principles

• Influence prioritisation and investment decisions across the group

Scope and impact

• End‑to‑end responsibility for all enterprise data domains internal and external

• Significant influence on data architecture, platforms and capabilities

• Direct impact on Dstny’s data maturity and long‑term value creation

Tools and ways of working

• Experience with cloud stack and medallion architecture is a plus

• Product and portfolio management tools

• Jira and strategic planning frameworks

• Relentless focus on value‑based prioritisation and measurable business outcomes

• You bring proven leadership in data and analytics with strong experience shaping and executing an enterprise‑wide data and analytics strategy.

• You think strategically and communicate confidently at all levels.

• You translate complex data initiatives into clear business value and outcomes.

• You are comfortable aligning diverse stakeholders across the enterprise and guiding investment decisions through a transparent governance model.

• Experience in cloud‑based data platforms and modern data architectures is appreciated; what matters most is your ability to set direction, build a crisp roadmap, coach a high‑performing team and deliver measurable impact.
