RSA is seeking a Senior Salesforce and CPQ Developer as part of the IT Business Applications team. This remote (U.S.-based) role will contribute to the design, development, and support of our Salesforce platform, including CPQ, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex development, and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise and a collaborative approach to help deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that support key business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows
- Contribute to the design and implementation of Salesforce CPQ configurations, pricing rules, and quote templates
- Support the administration and enhancement of Salesforce Experience Cloud sites
- Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and implement effective solutions within the Salesforce platform
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the enforcement of Salesforce development best practices
- Support ongoing Salesforce administration tasks including configuration, user management, data quality, and reporting
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and integrations
- Collaborate effectively with other developers, administrators, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment
- Stay current on Salesforce platform enhancements, CPQ best practices, and new technologies
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Proven experience working with Salesforce CPQ, including rules configuration, quote templates, and pricing logic
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud), including setup, theming, and user access controls
- Solid understanding of Salesforce administrative features such as profiles, roles, flows, validation rules, and page layouts
- Proficient in SOQL, SOSL, and integrating with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across functions
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work setting
Desirable Requirements:
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, CPQ Specialist, or Experience Cloud Consultant
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (e.g., NetSuite, Boomi, AWS, Azure)
- Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation frameworks
- Understanding of secure development practices and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
