The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,500.00 in our lowest geographic market to $222,900.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Senior Technical Analyst to join our team at Nike! This Senior Technical Analyst is a Qualtrics expert, knows the intricacies of the platform, and can stretch it to meet specific business needs. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON

This role will support the Employee Listening team as a technical survey platform expert. Under the direction of your manager and program leads, you will be responsible for designing, programming, and deploying surveys and dashboards for a wide variety of survey programs including lifecycle surveys, pulse surveys, ad hoc surveys and census surveys.

As a Senior Technical Analyst, you will program survey content using advanced logic features to optimize respondent experience and analysis capability for current and future needs. You will utilize your experience in deploying surveys to appropriate audiences via a variety of methods including personalized emails, anonymous links, QR codes, etc. Using your programming skills, you will program dashboards using advanced and custom logic to optimize results displays and enable users to extract meaningful insights. This includes programming trends, comparisons, hierarchies, joining data across multiple surveys, etc. You will support survey program standardization and will build and maintain standardization documentation.

You will use your survey dashboard deployment and survey sampling skills to build and assign roles to meet business requirements, deploy dashboards to small and large groups, including all people managers in some cases, and pull survey samples from the people data systems to meet defined criteria.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH

This role sits on the Employee Listening team within the People Analytics & Insights organization. This Senior Analyst will establish relationships with and will serve as a trusted partner and contributor to our Employee Listening team. This role will also work closely with key teams including Technology and Translations.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelors degree and minimum 3 years of experience OR relevant combination of education, skills and experiences.

  • Qualtrics experience required

  • Survey programming, deployment, dashboard programming and sampling experience preferred.

  • Experience working with data tools and systems such as Workday, Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake preferred.
