Job Description

Momentus Technologies is looking to hire a Team Lead to manage a tight knit team of technical services engineers on the professional services team. This is a perfect position for someone that is looking to take on more opportunity and interested in joining an organization where they can make an impact. In this role, the Team Lead, Technical Services will:

• Coach and lead a team of direct-report employees within the Professional Services development team including offshore resources, bringing a culture of feedback and fostering an environment where individuals thrive.

• Delegate and break tasks down into smaller, estimable deliverables by preparing specifications and determining operational feasibility.

• Oversee and direct the work of these team members and contractors on assigned projects alongside project managers to ensure successful and effective product delivery.

• Assist with workflow implementation and efficiencies to maximize capacity, delivery, and timelines.

• Work cross-functionally with leadership and other departments to deliver best-in-class solutions.

• Participate in new business proposals and estimates, as required.

• Mentor junior team members to encourage learning and personal development.

• Perform code reviews as requested to enforce standards in the code base. 

• In addition to managing a team, you serve as a senior developer on the team delivering great digital products for our client. 

• Ability to meet utilizations targets and completes project deliverables on time.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent 

• 2+ years of experience working as a team lead / senior software developer or combined experience. 

• A passion for programming, projects, and working for an awesome company

• Ability to use design patterns to solve technical problems in code. 

• 2+ Years’ Experience C#, Angular or similar framework 

• Experience using Visual Studio and TSQL
