You’ll leverage the latest in generative AI, collaborate rapidly, iterate with purpose, and deliver fast, impactful solutions. This is not a role for traditional designers. We're looking for someone who moves fast, adapts faster, and designs for what's next. </p><p>  </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> </p><ul><li><p><strong>Design modern, user-centered interfaces</strong> that span across web, mobile, and AI-driven products. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Support the creation of visually engaging marketing materials such as product mockups, feature highlight visuals, social media assets, and events assest using tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and generative AI tools. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Translate complex problems and user needs into wireframes, mockups, and polished visual designs that scale. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Rapidly prototype new product concepts using Figma and AI tools (e.g., <strong>Sora, RunwayML, Midjourney</strong>). </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Design with and <strong>for AI</strong>—collaborate with product and engineering teams to define how AI features integrate into UX flows. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Lead user research and usability testing; incorporate insights quickly into designs. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Drive design systems forward; ensure consistent application of design patterns and visual identity. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Collaborate in an agile, iterative environment—partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to <strong>ship fast</strong> and often. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Stay ahead of trends and emerging tools, especially those related to AI. </p></li></ul><p>  </p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong> </p><ul><li><p><strong>4+ years of UX/Product Design experience</strong> with a strong track record of delivering user-centric designs across platforms. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Deep expertise in <strong>Figma</strong> and familiarity with motion and video tooling (e.g., After Effects, Lottie, Runway). </p></li></ul><ul><li><p><strong>Hands-on experience with generative AI tools</strong> such as Midjourney, RunwayML, Sora or similar. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong grasp of accessibility, responsive design, and UX principles across devices. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Comfortable working in <strong>agile, iterative environments</strong>—able to work under pressure, pivot quickly, and still maintain design quality. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Excellent communication skills—able to articulate design rationale and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. </p></li></ul><p>  </p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong> </p><ul><li><p>Experience leading design initiatives or mentoring junior designers. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Background in enterprise SaaS or data-heavy applications is a plus. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Video, motion, or 3D design experience (e.g., WebGL, Spline, Unreal Engine) is a strong bonus. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Passion for <strong>AI and Bitco
