Job Overview 
At TE Connectivity, you’ll help bring our purpose to life by creating a safer, sustainable, productive and connected future. Your role as  an Intern in the Global TEIS Business Unit, will help us make the connections that move the world forward by:
Gaining hands-on experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions to optimize OTC processes and pricing strategies. The ideal candidate will work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to various projects and support activities.
Responsibilities
At TE Connectivity, you’ll be part of a global collaborative culture where your innovative approach and actions have the potential to transform the world of tomorrow. In this role you’ll:
•    Assist in Analyzing Business Requirements: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements related to OTC and pricing processes.
•    Support System Configuration: Assist in configuring SAP OTC and Pricing modules to meet business needs, including sales order processing, delivery, billing, and pricing conditions.
•    Contribute to Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in OTC and pricing operations.
•    Provide Support and Maintenance: Help in providing ongoing support and maintenance for SAP OTC and Pricing modules, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
•    Develop Training and Documentation: Assist in developing training materials for end-users and creating comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.
•    Participate in Project Management: Support projects related to SAP OTC and Pricing, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
•    Collaborate with Teams: Work with other IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP modules with other systems and processes.

You’re the kind of person we are looking for if you:
•    Have Received a High School Diploma or GED
•    Are currently enrolled in a program or pursuing a BA/BS or MA/MS Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Supply Chain from an accredited college or university or have equivalent work history. (In certain circumstances, students who are taking a gap year will be considered.)
•    Have previous internship or large project experience is preferred
•    Are authorized to work in the U.S.
